Max OS is built for legitimate business communication. The following are prohibited:

Sending outbound email that omits a physical mailing address or a working one-click unsubscribe link — our system rejects these sends automatically, but attempting to bypass that check is a violation.
Emailing addresses on your suppression list.
Using the AI receptionist or outbound email tools for deceptive, harassing, or unlawful communication.
Uploading contact lists you don't have a legitimate business reason to contact.
Attempting to circumvent per-mailbox daily send caps.

Violations may result in suspension of outbound sending or, for repeated violations, workspace suspension.
