Solvix Sys collects the information necessary to run Max OS: account and workspace details, call transcripts and recordings, contact and pipeline data synced from your connected Microsoft 365 mailbox, and usage data needed for billing.
Third parties. We use infrastructure and subprocessors (hosting, database, payments, voice, email, and lead data providers) solely to operate the product on your behalf. We do not sell your data.
Data retention. Data is retained for as long as your workspace is active. Export and deletion requests are handled per the tenant offboarding runbook.
Security. Connection tokens are encrypted at rest; every tenant table is isolated by row-level security so one workspace can never see another's data.
