These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Max OS, a product of Solvix Sys. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts. You are responsible for the activity of users you invite into your workspace and for keeping login credentials secure.

Subscriptions and billing. Plans renew monthly and include a token allowance described on the pricing page. Token packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.

Acceptable use. See the Acceptable Use Policy for specific restrictions on outbound communication and automated calling.

Termination. Either party may terminate as described in the billing flow. We do not delete your data solely for a failed payment; access is suspended until payment succeeds.
